Not just the part, the whole job

Look up a part and the job it belongs to is already there: labour times, service schedules, manuals and technical drawings.

The technical information page for a Volkswagen Polo, with manuals, a suspension drawing and its parts list, and coolant specifications

Labour times

The hours any job takes, a single repair or a full service, out of HaynesPro or TecRMI*. Parts and labour price up in one go.

Service schedules

The maker's own maintenance schedule and service intervals, with the next due service marked and ready to price as a job.

Manuals and adjustments

Step-by-step repair instructions, adjustment data and lubricant specifications, for workshops with the licence.

Technical drawings

Exploded views that name every component in an assembly. Hover one and the matching article lights up, ready for the cart.

Technical information on every product page

Technical information is not a section of Brightmotive, it is on the product pages themselves. Whatever the job needs opens from the part a workshop is already looking at, with no second window to keep beside the catalogue.

An exploded brake drawing beside its parts list, the hovered wheel hub picked out in blue in both

Replacement intervals in the parts list

Parts that wear out carry the interval the maker replaces them at, counted in kilometres or in months. Fluids add how many litres this car takes and the specification they have to meet.

The oil filter list for a car, its oil service interval of every 15,000 km or 12 months printed beside the heading

The consumer price behind every net price

Hover a net price and Brightmotive works out the consumer price on top of it: the surcharges, the VAT and the labour time at the workshop's own hourly rate. When a car owner phones to ask what a battery costs, that is the number to read out.

The consumer price popup for a Varta battery, its lead surcharge and twelve minutes of fitting time added up excluding and including VAT

Quote builder

Workshops quote their own customers without leaving your storefront. Parts come from the cart, jobs come from the car's service schedule.

A quote for a Volkswagen Polo service, each job's labour and its part priced line by line, with the picked articles beside it and the repair picker open

Services and repairs

The interval the car is due for, suggested from its age and mileage, or any repair by name. Each job brings its standard time.

The mechanic's checklist

The jobs picked add up to a service plan: every step the work involves, as one checklist for whoever is under the car.

Their own hourly rate

The workshop sets its own hourly rate. Labour is the standard time at that rate, added to the parts for a subtotal, VAT and total.

A customisable PDF

Their name, address and logo at the top, no article numbers, so the car owner reads the job and not a number to price-check.

* HaynesPro is our primary source of technical information and runs through the whole catalogue. TecRMI is supported as well, on its own pages.

Give your workshops a catalogue they trust

They find the right part on the first try and see when it actually arrives. Fewer phone calls for your counter team.
